By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. 3K Vipers may request supporting documents for age verification at any time, such as a National ID card, passport, or birth certificate.

• Large withdrawals may be held until age verification is complete .
• If anyone opens an account on behalf of a minor, all transactions on that account will be voided.
• Parents are advised to use parental control software on devices accessible to children.

All financial transactions on 3K Vipers are handled securely and transparently. Every member is responsible for complying with the deposit and withdrawal rules and conditions.

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used for deposits.
• Depositing from a third-party account is prohibited and may result in account termination.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. In exceptional cases, it may take up to 24 hours.
• Any transactions linked to money laundering or suspicious financial activity will be frozen and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Deposited funds cannot be withdrawn directly — at least one bet must be placed first.

Compliance with 3K Vipers' Sports Betting and gaming Terms and Conditions is mandatory for all members. Any violation of the betting rules may result in account termination.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• Pre-match odds may change once a match begins. For live betting, odds are updated in real time.
• 3K Vipers reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error.
• If a match is cancelled or left incomplete, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Any bets suspected of being linked to match-fixing or manipulation will be placed on hold pending investigation.
• Maximum bet limits vary by event and market. The applicable limit is displayed alongside each event.

3K Vipers reserves the discretionary right to accept or reject any bet. If unusual betting patterns are detected, payment may be withheld pending further review.

3K Vipers offers a range of bonuses and promotions as an exclusive benefit for our members. Each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions that must be followed.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members once only. Any attempt to claim it through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for each bonus has been met.
• Wagering requirements are typically 10x to 30x the bonus amount — each offer specifies its own requirement.
• Any unused bonus balance will be automatically forfeited once the bonus expires.
• 3K Vipers reserves the right to cancel bonuses and suspend accounts if bonus abuse or exploitation is detected.
• Cashback bonuses apply to net losses only and are credited once per week.

3K Vipers is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. Any member found engaging in the activities listed below will face strict action in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

• The use of automated betting software or bots is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerabilities or bugs is strictly prohibited.
• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information is strictly prohibited.
• Harassing or offensive behaviour towards other members is strictly prohibited.
• Money laundering and transactions involving illegal funds are strictly prohibited.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where necessary.

3K Vipers reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances.

• For any breach of the Terms & Conditions.
• Opening an account using false or inaccurate information.
• For failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• If you wish to close your account voluntarily (self-exclusion).
